The Alexander Murray Hiking Trail wouldn’t be what it is without the dedication of our incredible volunteers. From maintaining the steps to guiding visitors and preserving the beauty of the trail, these passionate community members make it all possible. Get to know the people behind the path!

Travis
Travis has been on the AMHT committee for 8 years. His reason for joining was to give back to the community and to help maintain this amazing trail that is so important to Provincial tourism. He loves the comradery of the team, supporting events and being a part of growing the tourism industry by promoting our great trail and region.
Treasurer
Bessie
Bessie has been with the trail for 4 years now. She joined to get involved in community events and meet new people. Her favorite part of being on the AMHT committee is supporting events, providing food service, and spending time with the other team members.
Secretary
Jenna
Jenna has been on the trail committee for almost 3 years now. She originally had a job at the trail so she attended meetings and when she accepted a new job position she decided to stay on the AMHT committee because she loved it so much. Her favorite part of being on the team is working with others and planning events.

Tammy
Tammy has been a part of the team for 8 years. She joined to be a more active member of her community, and because she feels the trail is such a beautiful resource for our area. Her favorite thing is being on such an awesome committee who are the very best to work and spend time with.

Pauline has been on the committee for 4 years. She joined to volunteer for the community and because her friends encouraged her to join. Her favorite parts of being on the team is meeting new people and having fun at all our events.

Robin has been a part of our team for 2 years. She joined to be more involved in community events and activities. Her favorite part of being on the committee is being part of a team of amazing people working together to achieve their goals of bettering our community.

Kim has been on our committee for 5 years. She joined to give back to our community and to be a part of social events. Her favorite part of being on the committee is the friendship and sense of accomplishment from all the great things we do.
